No-Bake Macadamia Energy Bites

Bite-sized balls of nutty goodness, ready in 15 minutes with no oven required.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Blend: Pulse nuts in food processor, add dates and remaining ingredients. Process until sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll: Roll into small balls (about 16–18 bites).
  3. Coat: Roll in coconut, cocoa, or crushed macadamias.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up.

Keeps in the fridge for 10 days or freezer for 3 months.
