Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Blend: Pulse nuts in food processor, add dates and remaining ingredients. Process until sticky dough forms.
- Roll: Roll into small balls (about 16–18 bites).
- Coat: Roll in coconut, cocoa, or crushed macadamias.
- Chill: Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up.
Keeps in the fridge for 10 days or freezer for 3 months.
